Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Refunds (RECR)
All sales are final, however, we want you to be satisfied. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns and we will work things out!
ShadeTreeProfessor.com does NOT assume responsibility once the product has left our facility and is NOT responsible for any package(s) once they are turned over to the shipping provider.
ShadeTreeProfessor.com is NOT responsible for packages that are late, stolen, lost, or packages sent to the wrong address (due to a customer entering error). The customer is responsible for filing all claims with said shipping entity.
Returns
You have 30 days to Return the undamaged and / or unopened item(s).
We will accept Returns if the item(s) is(are) unopened in its original packaging. Returns include everything that was sent, including promotional free gifts, unless it is returned for an exchange. If the item is opened and undamaged and its original condition, we will consider a Return provided we get a picture and it is approved. Returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit unless eligible for a Refund. Exchanges will be for the cost of the Returned items in addition to the Shipping costs necessary to send the items exchanged for. Store credits will be processed for the cost of the item
(s) minus any additional costs to re-process the item(s).
We will NOT accept Returns for custom made items after an agreement is made and the process to execute the custom product, is started.
If items are sold on an As-Is basis from our “Mistakes” page (things happen), returns are not accepted.
It is with the understanding that these are items that, for some reason or another, did not make the “Quality” cut, yet are typically offered at a lower price than an item of the exact kind (only without the error).
Exchanges
We will gladly accept exchanges if the item(s) are unopened and unused. We understand Customers may want a different color shirt or ink. It happens. Unless the Customer’s order was custom made we will accept an exchange. In an Exchange, the Customer is responsible for the Shipping cost unless there was an Ordering error on the part of ShadeTreeProfessor.com.
Cancellations
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 3 days to do so before the item(s) is (are) shipped. This does NOT apply to custom orders. If you would prefer to have your items shipped sooner, you will be given an option to get the items shipped sooner., wherein a Cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
As of this update of our Refund policy, we can give you a store credit for the amount previously purchased through our site from our inventory minus the cost of shipping and processing depending on the situation. In the case of Cancellations, we will process Refunds within the 3 day period and / or before delivery.
Donations
Donations are non-refundable. It is considered as support for our work at the time the contribution was given; and we appreciate it greatly. If there is not a streamline process for discontinuing any future donations, we at ShadeTreeProfessor.com will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
